Shandong Province Environmental Protection Development Group Ecological Co., Ltd. was established in May 2014, is a provincial level wholly state-owned enterprise, Shandong Province Environmental Protection Development Group Limited level of subordinate enterprises. Environmental Protection Development Group since 2020 to vigorously promote the transformation and upgrading, adhere to the environmental protection, water as the core business, is committed to creating a set of environmental protection and water in one of the ecological benchmark enterprises.


In May 2020, Shandong Environmental Protection Industry Research Institute was established in Jinan, which is a milestone for the group to actively carry out the construction of ecological civilization and vigorously develop environmental protection industry. The institute is a provincial-level environmental protection technology innovation platform and industry incubation base jointly built by the Environmental Protection Development Group and the Shandong Industrial Technology Research Institute. The institute integrates scientific research, technology R&D and promotion, project consulting, inspection and testing, engineering construction and other functions, and promotes industry incubation and technology landing through technological innovation to promote the transformation, upgrading and high-quality development of environmental protection industry in Shandong Province.
